The final price at the time of booking confirmation shall apply.

3. Payment Terms

Failure to make payments within the stipulated timeline may result in cancellation of services.

Cancellation charges vary depending on the destination, supplier, hotel, airline, cruise operator, and package booked.

Any applicable refund shall be processed after deducting supplier charges, administrative fees, and applicable taxes.

5. Travel Documents

The traveler is solely responsible for ensuring possession of:

  • Valid Passport

  • Government-issued Identification

  • Vaccination Certificates (if applicable)

Zeropoint Holidays shall not be liable for denied boarding, visa refusal, or entry restrictions imposed by authorities.

6. Changes to Itinerary

Zeropoint Holidays reserves the right to modify itineraries, hotels, transportation, or sightseeing arrangements due to operational requirements, weather conditions, government regulations, or circumstances beyond our control.

Alternative arrangements of similar value shall be provided wherever possible.

7. Force Majeure

Zeropoint Holidays shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, losses, or disruptions caused by:

  • Weather Conditions

  • Strikes

  • Political Unrest

  • Pandemics

  • Government Restrictions

  • Airline Operational Issues

  • Any circumstance beyond reasonable control

8. Limitation of Liability

Zeropoint Holidays acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers including airlines, hotels, transport operators, and cruise companies.

We shall not be liable for acts, omissions, negligence, delays, injuries, losses, or damages caused by third-party service providers.

9. Traveler Conduct

Travelers are expected to comply with local laws, regulations, and standards of conduct.

Any behavior resulting in disruption, damage, or harm may result in termination of services without refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, logos, images, graphics, and design elements are the property of Zeropoint Holidays and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
